Remote QA Tester

Description:

• Join our team as a QA Tester and support our clients in delivering top-quality software.
• You will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing manual and automated tests.
• Analyze defects and collaborate with development teams to ensure that products meet all functional and quality requirements.
• Design, prepare, and execute functional, regression, and integration tests.
• Create and maintain manual and automated test scenarios and test cases.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and reproduce bugs.
• Analyze test results and report defects in management systems (e.g., Jira).
• Participate in sprint planning and review in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Verify software compliance with business and technical requirements.
• Support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process.
• Monitor software quality and recommend improvements to testing processes.
• Require 4–6 years of experience in software testing.
• Knowledge of testing methods and the software development lifecycle is essential.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and TestRail is necessary.
• Ability to create automated tests in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a nice to have.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is important.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are required.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1/C2) are necessary.
• Ability to work in a team and organize work independently is essential.

Requirements:

• A university degree in IT or a related field is required.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is necessary.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes is a nice to have.
• Candidates must have their own equipment and Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII).
