The company is looking for 2 ML/AI Engineers with a strong software engineering background to prototype, evaluate, improve, and productionize end-to-end Machine Learning projects with enterprise data.
Responsibilities include designing experimental ML/AI pipelines, improving AI pipelines for production, pre-processing data for LLM training, and contributing high-quality production code to developer frameworks.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a 4+-year university degree in Computer Science with A-grades in foundational and Machine Learning courses.
A passion for delivering high-quality code and solutions is essential.
Experience in hands-on Machine Learning/Data Science work using the Python stack is required.
Familiarity with model monitoring, git, build systems, and CI/CD is necessary.
Candidates should be respectful of others, curious about new technology, and fluent in English.

Compensation includes a competitive base salary (80th to 99th percentile), an Employee Stock Option Plan, and possible bonuses for client projects.
Remote work is available, with the option to meet team members in offices located in Palo Alto, CA; Paris, France; or Wroclaw, Poland. Permanent residence in the EU, UK, US, or Canada is generally required.
