The Real Estate Data Analyst position is a full-time, independent contractor role with a work schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM EST.
The position is remote and open to candidates who can work during EST hours.
The role involves supporting the acquisitions team across investment analysis, operations, and marketing.
Key responsibilities include performing financial analysis on mortgage note purchases, conducting due diligence on real estate assets, preparing underwriting packages, and maintaining internal trackers.
The analyst will also create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking leads and investments, coordinate communications with brokers and sellers, and prepare marketing materials for outreach efforts.
This position is suited for someone who is detail-oriented and thrives at the intersection of numbers, systems, and strategic communication.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in real estate, preferably in investment, acquisitions, brokerage, or note buying.
A strong understanding of financial modeling and investment analysis using Excel or Google Sheets is required.
Familiarity with due diligence practices for both residential and commercial real estate is essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for this role.
Proficiency with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and research platforms is required.
Candidates should be highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
