  • Responsibilities include managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, incident handling, and ensuring security compliance.
  • The role involves collaboration with product and development teams to integrate best practices and ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years in a DevOps or related role in a high-availability environment is required.
  • Hands-on experience with major cloud providers like AWS (must have), Azure, or Google Cloud is essential.
  • Extensive expertise in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is necessary.
  • Expertise in setting up, managing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitLab and Jenkins is required.
  • A basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs) is needed.
  • Advanced knowledge of scripting and programming languages (Python, Go, Bash) and experience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) is required.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, PagerDuty, and ELK Stack is necessary.
  • Experience working closely with development teams to improve application delivery and build efficient, automated pipelines is essential.
  • Business-level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR) is required.
  • Effective communication skills, analytical thinking, adaptability to rapid changes, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability are essential soft skills.
