Responsibilities include leading architecture and development of full stack web applications using Laravel and React, designing and optimizing APIs, building automated workflows, and mentoring a growing team of engineers.
Requirements:
A minimum of 7+ years of full stack development experience, specifically with Laravel and React.
Strong grasp of secure API design, modular architecture, and distributed systems.
Hands-on experience managing cloud deployments and infrastructure, preferably with AWS.
Familiarity with workflow automation tools and modern integration patterns is required.
Proven leadership experience in a team lead, tech lead, or mentoring capacity.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience is necessary.
10+ years of experience in full stack or software development roles is required, with prior leadership experience being a plus.
Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or Lean development environments is preferred.
