• As a Senior Backend/Full Stack Engineer, you will architect and build the core systems that power logistics operations, including real-time vehicle tracking, geofencing, load optimization, and automated dispatch workflows.
• Your work will enable the fleet to operate efficiently while maximizing utilization and minimizing environmental impact.
• You will design APIs and data models for fleet management systems, build geofencing systems and vehicle telemetry pipelines, develop complex routing algorithms, and create robust integration platforms.

Requirements:

• You must have 5+ years of backend development experience with Python and modern web frameworks.
• A deep understanding of relational databases and domain-driven design is required.
• Strong experience in building RESTful APIs, webhook systems, and real-time data processing is essential.
• You should have a track record of building robust integrations with third-party APIs and handling data synchronization challenges.
• The ability to design scalable systems that handle real-time operations and background processing is necessary.
• You should be comfortable working across the stack, from database optimization to React components.
• Logistics domain knowledge, particularly in transportation, routing, or supply chain operations, is a bonus.
• Experience with caching, query optimization, and handling high-throughput data processing is required.
