Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience) is required.
• You must have 10+ years of professional programming experience, preferably with modern technology stacks.
• A minimum of 2 years focused on front-end development using JavaScript/TypeScript and React is necessary.
• Experience with the core tech stack is a plus: Java/Kotlin/Spring/PostgreSQL/React, running in Kubernetes with a service-oriented architecture featuring 100+ services in production.
• Strong proficiency in semantic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
• Deep familiarity with responsive design and mobile-web best practices is essential.
• Experience working in collaborative, agile teams, participating in code reviews, and managing pull requests is necessary.
• A hands-on attitude with the willingness to roll up your sleeves and deliver results is expected.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to shipping impactful features rather than chasing perfection are required.
• Demonstrated ownership in driving projects from conception through to completion is essential.
