Requirements:

• Strong experience with cloud infrastructure, especially AWS, and scaling distributed systems is required.

• Experience with hybrid deployments (cloud + on-prem) and building resilient systems is required.
• Previous work on infrastructure used by other engineers, such as internal platforms and dev tooling, is necessary.
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CDK, or Pulumi is required.
• A passion for observability and the ability to build a scalable monitoring strategy from the ground up is essential.
• Proactive thinking about failure modes and experience implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans is necessary.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment and navigating ambiguity is required.
