As a Resident Solution Architect (RSA), you will act as the customer's technical trusted advisor, providing insight, technical domain expertise, design, and development to drive technical success.
You will embed with the customer to provide technical guidance and implementation in various scenarios, including initial onboarding, use case expansion, proof of concept, and solution innovation.
Collaboration with the account Customer Success Manager (CSM) is essential to coordinate efforts and execute contracts.
You will establish a close and collaborative relationship with customer resources to ensure success.
Your experiences may influence product direction, and you will contribute customer insights back to the Product team.
When not on contract, you will contribute to content creation, training, internal PoCs, and potentially support trade shows and marketing activities.
The position is open to candidates in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Netherlands, Switzerland, and Germany.
Requirements:
A BA/BS Degree (or equivalent) in technology, computing, or a related field of study; an advanced degree is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of working experience as a technology consultant.
Working experience in data engineering or data governance roles is required.
Familiarity with current modern data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, and Starburst is necessary.
Experience in cloud data architecture, data analytics, and programming is desired.
Understanding of data access through identity management and data catalog tools is essential.
Experience in customer or partner-facing positions, preferably in technology-based solutions for an established technology consulting firm, is valued.
Ability to navigate, escalate, and lead efforts on complex customer/partner requests or projects is important.
Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze technical concepts and translate them into business terms are required.
Knowledge of the software development process and software design methodologies is beneficial.
Comfort with uncertainty and changing priorities, along with a willingness to travel as needed, is expected.
