This position is for a RevOps AI & Automation Lead at Spreedly, located in the United States, and is a remote role.
The role involves leading AI-driven initiatives and automation across revenue operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and optimizing intelligent workflows to increase efficiency and streamline go-to-market (GTM) processes.
The position requires collaboration with GTM leaders, data teams, and RevOps professionals to drive measurable outcomes and embed AI into everyday business processes.

Key accountabilities include designing and deploying AI-powered automations, developing enhancements for lead routing and scoring, integrating core GTM systems, prototyping AI-driven tools, partnering with data teams, running experiments, building dashboards, training GTM teams, and managing vendors for AI and automation platforms.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Automation, or a related technical operations role.
Deep expertise with GTM platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, Qualified, Apollo, or Gainsight is required.
Hands-on experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make, Tray.io, Workato, n8n, or equivalent is necessary.
Familiarity with AI tools and platforms such as OpenAI GPT/Gemini, Gong, Qualified, Clay, Intercom, Drift, and LangChain is expected.
The ability to create and iterate on AI prompts, build light prototypes, and integrate APIs is essential.
Strong project management and prioritization skills are required, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
An analytical mindset with the ability to use data to measure outcomes and optimize workflows is necessary.
