NiCE is seeking a Strong Robotic Process Automation Engineer to work with Professional Services teams, Solution Architects, and Engineering teams.
The role involves managing On-prem to Azure Cloud onboarding and customer data ingestion automation solutions.
The Engineer will collaborate with the US and Pune Cloud Services and Operations Team as well as other support teams globally.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing cloud automation workflows, enhancing cloud monitoring and self-healing capabilities, and managing infrastructure for reliability, scalability, and security.
Key tasks include implementing custom deployments and data migration to Azure, designing and maintaining Robotic Process Automation for customer onboarding, and integrating NICE's applications with customer tools for data management.
The Engineer must track effort on tasks, recognize scope and effort variances, and work closely with the Public Safety Professional Services team.
Best practice methods, quality standards, and guidelines must be followed throughout all project phases.
Travel to customer sites may be required to conduct work professionally and organized.
Requirements:
A college degree in Computer Science is preferable.
Excellent English verbal and writing communication skills are required.
Strong technical and analytical skills are necessary.
In-depth knowledge of application development using Object-oriented languages like Java and C#, as well as advanced data manipulation using SQL, is essential.
Proficiency with Linux and Microsoft Server is required.
Experience with integration of enterprise software is necessary.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to set task lists and timelines are required.
The candidate must be a team player, able to work well in a close team environment.
A fast learner with the ability to self-educate on relevant technologies is essential.
The ability to multitask, prioritize work, and remain focused under pressure is required.
