As an RPA Software Engineer, you will collaborate with coworkers to understand customer needs and design intelligent automation systems.
You will own the scoping, design, and development of RPA solutions and automation workflows.
Your responsibilities include developing intelligent bots and automation scripts to streamline tax compliance processes.
You will identify manual processes and transform them into automated solutions.
Collaboration with Operations is essential to address technical issues for both internal and external customers.
Requirements:
You must have a strong technical background with at least 4 years of experience as a software engineer.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in building automation solutions or RPA systems is required.
Hands-on experience with Playwright for web automation is necessary, and experience with other RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is a plus.
You should be able to think through problems thoroughly to ensure the right solutions are built at the right time and be willing to push back when necessary.
Your designs must consider scalability, error handling, and maintenance requirements, and you should be able to articulate the tradeoffs between manual and automated processes.
You are expected to share your knowledge and experience to help level up your colleagues.
