The Senior Business Analyst will support the modernization of Ontario Health's identity management system.
This role will help ensure that the project meets business objectives within aggressive timelines by supporting select operational and project tasks.
Key responsibilities include supporting the design and implementation of the ONE ID 2.0 solution, which will be used by broader healthcare systems and organizations.
The Senior Business Analyst will support the development of the product backlog and roadmap, project and support documentation, and solution evaluation.
Additionally, the Senior Business Analyst will assist the Team Lead in executing initiatives to operationalize ONE ID 2.0 and manage coexistence with ONE ID during the transition.
The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days onsite and 2 days remote work.
Requirements:
A minimum of 7 years of experience in requirements backlog management using Agile methodologies is required.
Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience in business process modeling, technical documentation, requirements management, stakeholder management, and system analysis.
Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.
Experience with Identity and Authorization Management principles is a nice-to-have.
Candidates should have experience in conducting requirements gathering, developing documentation, and engaging stakeholders.
Familiarity with requirements management tools/technologies such as Jira and Azure Dev Ops is necessary.
A high level of experience in developing processes for requirements gathering, including JAD sessions, interviews, and mock-ups is required.
Candidates must demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
