Remote Ruby on Rails/React Full Stack Engineer

• The company is currently expanding its team and seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ruby on Rails/React Back-End Full Stack Engineer with expertise in AI/ML.
• In this role, the engineer will play a pivotal part in developing and maintaining software solutions, with a primary focus on Ruby on Rails and React while incorporating AI/ML.
• Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining the back-end infrastructure for software solutions, collaborating closely with front-end engineers, gathering requirements from project managers and stakeholders, writing clean and maintainable code, creating technical documentation, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting issues, and staying updated with the latest trends in development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 2+ years as a Full Stack Engineer, demonstrating a strong focus on Ruby on Rails and React, along with additional expertise in AI/ML.
• Excellent understanding of the Ruby on Rails framework and its conventions, with proficiency in JavaScript and experience in React or similar front-end frameworks.
• Experience in API design and development using RESTful principles.
• Solid understanding of database design and modeling principles, with practical experience in relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in version control systems like Git and knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail are required.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential, both within a team and when working independently.
• Candidates must be US Citizens residing in the United States.
• Willingness to be on camera for all meetings is required.
• CORE Hours will be from 10 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday.
