Requirements:
Candidates should have 3–6+ years of backend engineering experience, ideally in product-focused environments.
Strong proficiency in at least one of the following: Ruby on Rails, Node.js, or TypeScript is required.
Skills in API design, authentication flows, pagination, and rate limiting are necessary.
Experience integrating with third-party systems through REST, EDI, or webhook-based APIs is essential.
A pragmatic mindset is needed to prioritize trade-offs and avoid gold-plating during the MVP phase.
Candidates must be comfortable wearing multiple hats, iterating quickly, and owning backend product decisions.
Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, real estate tech, or procurement platforms is preferred.
