  • The role of the US Enterprise Sales Engineer involves supporting the technical components of the sales process for enterprise accounts.
  • The Sales Engineer will partner closely with Account Executives to understand customer needs, demonstrate product value, lead Proof of Values, and address technical requirements or concerns.
  • This position is instrumental in driving technical validation and accelerating deal cycles.
  • Responsibilities include serving as the technical lead during the sales process, leading technical discovery, delivering customized product demos, designing and supporting PoVs and pilots, responding to RFIs/RFPs, collaborating with various teams, and representing GreyNoise at industry events.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture roles in the cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS space.
  • A deep familiarity with threat intelligence, SIEM/SOAR/TIP, and incident response workflows is required.
  • A strong understanding of enterprise security architectures and technical decision-making is essential.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary for this role.
  • Experience with API integrations, scripting (e.g., Python), and tools like curl and JSON is required.
  • The ability to present technical content to both engineering teams and executive stakeholders is crucial.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively is expected.
