Description:
The Sales Solutions Engineer will act as the primary technical and functional resource supporting the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
This role involves leading tailored product demonstrations that are deeply aligned to buyer use cases and value drivers.
The engineer will collaborate with the Product team to relay market feedback, inform roadmap priorities, and understand upcoming releases.
Coordination with Product and Engineering on unique configuration requests or feasibility questions is essential.
The position requires responding to technical sections of RFPs/RFIs and assisting in building proof-of-concept trials when needed.
Analyzing prospect data and run rates to identify trends, forecast savings/ROI, and support sales strategies is a key responsibility.
The Sales Solutions Engineer will serve as the bridge between field feedback and internal product strategy.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3β5 years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Product Specialist, or Solutions Consulting role within a B2B SaaS environment.
A demonstrated ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is required.
Strong collaboration skills and comfort in working across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams are essential.
Experience with SaaS platform demos, RFP responses, and solution design documentation is necessary.
Familiarity with FAVR or vehicle reimbursement programs is considered a bonus.
