The company is seeking a Salesforce DevOps Engineer to lead the end-to-end deployment lifecycle and ensure the Salesforce platform is scalable and compliant.
The role involves building DevOps frameworks, optimizing deployment processes, and supporting system audits and controls.
The Salesforce DevOps Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Admins, Developers, QA, and Compliance for efficient, secure, and auditable deployments.
Responsibilities include owning the Salesforce deployment lifecycle, implementing and managing a Salesforce DevOps toolchain, coordinating testing and release readiness, documenting change management procedures, serving as a liaison during audits, and driving continuous improvement of release processes.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3–5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, administration, or DevOps.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT, or equivalent CI/CD solutions is required.
A strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, deployment strategies, and sandbox environments is necessary.
Familiarity with agile work management tools like Jira or Asana is expected.
Excellent communication and documentation skills, particularly around governance and processes, are essential.
Preferred qualifications include experience with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, SOC 2) and change control documentation, Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, DevOps Center Specialist), experience designing or launching a DevOps strategy within Salesforce, and a background in supporting platform audits or working in a regulated industry.
