The position is for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to deliver innovative, scalable, and technically robust loyalty marketing solutions.
Responsibilities include writing and optimizing SQL for audience segmentation, creating and managing journeys and automations, ensuring data quality, and administering the SFMC platform.
The role involves building and automating campaigns using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio, and staying current with Salesforce releases.
The developer will manage, create, and deploy campaigns, and may take on multiple roles in an agency setting.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud in both administrative and development capacities is required.
Strong understanding of AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS, and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) is necessary.
Experience with campaign execution, deliverability monitoring, segmentation, and subscriber management is essential.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are required, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
Working knowledge of Marketing Cloud Intelligence and the ability to build custom reports, queries, and automations is needed.
Experience managing support tickets and development requests, with the ability to prioritize work based on business impact, is important.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, with the ability to translate business needs into technical tasks and work directly in a client-facing role.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, Information Systems, or a related field is required, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are encouraged.
