Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of hands-on technical consulting and project management experience.
A minimum of 2+ years of Salesforce project delivery experience is required, with strong expertise in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Force.com administration.
Proven ability to design and configure Service Cloud solutions using declarative tools is essential.
Experience with Experience Cloud and CRM Analytics is preferred.
Understanding of Apex, Visualforce, web services, and Salesforce API integrations is necessary.
A track record of leading multiple Salesforce deployments, including multi-environment and legacy integrations, is required.
Strong project management skills and familiarity with SDLC best practices are essential.
Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Advanced Admin, Sales/Service Cloud, CPQ, Field Service, Platform Developer, or App Builder (multiple preferred) are required.
Full English proficiency and the ability to travel internationally are necessary.
