  • As a Senior Lead Salesforce Architect, you will provide technical leadership and expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet our business needs.
  • You will own complex use cases and customization of our Braze Salesforce instance, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
  • You will collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand their requirements and design scalable solutions leveraging the Salesforce Platform.
  • Key responsibilities include designing scalable architectures, providing technical leadership, developing technical documentation, implementing Salesforce solutions, conducting code reviews, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Requirements:

  • You must have 6+ years of experience in Salesforce Development and Implementation.
  • A deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and development best practices is required.
  • Strong technical skills in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components are necessary.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations with other SaaS or Enterprise systems is essential.
  • You should have the ability to lead and mentor Salesforce Admin teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is required.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Salesforce Certifications such as Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect are strongly preferred.
