Remote Salesforce Technical Lead / Solution Architect

• We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead who will act as both a hands-on technical leader and a solution architect.
• This role involves guiding the Salesforce development team and designing enterprise-level solutions that align with business objectives and technical best practices.
• Responsibilities include leading a team of Salesforce developers, designing end-to-end Salesforce solutions, translating business requirements into technical documents, and hands-on development of complex Apex classes and integrations.
• The role also requires implementing CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with stakeholders, defining security models, and establishing development standards.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 7+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 3 years in a technical lead or architect role.
• Active Salesforce certifications are required, including Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect, with a preference for Technical Architect.
• Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs is essential.
• Strong experience with integration patterns such as REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and CDC is required.
• Proficiency with DevOps tools, version control systems (Git), and Agile/Scrum methodologies is necessary.
• Knowledge of middleware platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato and enterprise integration patterns is important.
• Exposure to AI development tools is required for our AI-first approach.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are needed to present technical strategies and mentor team members.
• Experience with data migration tools and ETL processes for complex data transformations is required.
• Understanding of JavaScript frameworks and modern web development, along with familiarity in CPQ, Experience Cloud, or Field Service, is necessary.
