We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead who will act as both a hands-on technical leader and a solution architect.
This role involves guiding the Salesforce development team and designing enterprise-level solutions that align with business objectives and technical best practices.
Responsibilities include leading a team of Salesforce developers, designing end-to-end Salesforce solutions, translating business requirements into technical documents, and hands-on development of complex Apex classes and integrations.
The role also requires implementing CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with stakeholders, defining security models, and establishing development standards.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 7+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 3 years in a technical lead or architect role.
Active Salesforce certifications are required, including Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect, with a preference for Technical Architect.
Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs is essential.
Strong experience with integration patterns such as REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and CDC is required.
Proficiency with DevOps tools, version control systems (Git), and Agile/Scrum methodologies is necessary.
Knowledge of middleware platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato and enterprise integration patterns is important.
Exposure to AI development tools is required for our AI-first approach.
Excellent communication and leadership skills are needed to present technical strategies and mentor team members.
Experience with data migration tools and ETL processes for complex data transformations is required.
Understanding of JavaScript frameworks and modern web development, along with familiarity in CPQ, Experience Cloud, or Field Service, is necessary.
