cBEYONData is seeking a highly skilled and experienced team member to support the configuration of the SAP S/4 HANA system for a Federal Government client.
The role involves leading a team of SAP configuration Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across multiple modules.
Responsibilities include participating in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) sessions and analyzing current Business Processes in existing SAP ECC systems for transition into a consolidated SAP S/4 environment.

The lead will be responsible for developing detailed technical plans for configuration activities and ensuring alignment with agile sprints.
The lead will serve as the SME to resolve configuration-related questions and manage interdependencies between different modules.
The role includes hands-on configuration activities and participation in BPR workshops to architect re-engineered Business Processes for SAP S/4 HANA.
The lead will research best practices for implementing processes in SAP S/4 HANA and configure capabilities within SAP modules as required.
Requirements:
An active Secret clearance is required for this position.
The role is not a Project Management or Agile lead role; extensive hands-on SAP configuration experience across multiple SAP modules is essential.
A minimum of 2 full lifecycle SAP ECC6.0 implementation experiences as a lead for a team of configurators across multiple SAP modules is required.
A minimum of 1 full lifecycle SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience as a lead for a team of configurators is necessary.
A minimum of 1 full lifecycle SAP ECC6.0 implementation experience with a Federal Government client is required.
At least 10 years of hands-on SAP configuration experience with advanced understanding of SAP modules such as FI, FM, CO, SD, PP, PEO, EWM, TM, and PS is needed.
Hands-on experience in configuring business processes in SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA IMG is essential.
Expert-level knowledge in managing development and the path to production is required.
Expert-level knowledge of cross-module impacts related to configuration decisions is necessary.
Expert-level knowledge of SAP Business Processes including B2R, P2P, and O2C is required.
Expertise in analyzing, configuring, testing, and implementing business solutions utilizing SAP technologies is essential.
Knowledge of SAP Best Business Practices (BPPs) and their impact on system configuration is required.
Experience in planning and leading requirements analysis workshops with stakeholders and functional points of contact, preferably in the Federal government sector, is necessary.
Experience with complex problem-solving strategies and the ability to determine the source of a problem is required.
Experience working or leading in a team utilizing Agile Software Methodology is essential.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and writing skills to interact with colleagues and executive client leadership are necessary.
The ability to work cross-functionally and participate in discussions is required.
Proven ability to work independently on assigned tasks without supervision is essential.
A driven, self-directed personality with a strong sense of mission and commitment is necessary.
