Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in frameworks such as PyTest, unittest, and Selenium is necessary.
  • A proven background in building and maintaining test frameworks for large-scale web applications and RESTful APIs is essential.
  • Experience working with Docker, AWS, and microservices-based test automation is required.
  • Familiarity with SQL and databases such as MySQL or MongoDB is a nice to have.
  • Exposure to ML model testing and data-driven testing methodologies is preferred.
  • Solid experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI is required.
  • A strong understanding of Agile development, QA methodologies, and defect management tools is necessary.
  • Proficiency with UNIX/Linux environments and scripting (Bash, Shell) is required.
  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities with a proactive and mentoring mindset are necessary.
  • Bonus qualifications include prior experience as a lead SDET, open-source contributions, or knowledge of performance/load testing tools.
