The role includes hands-on experience in cybersecurity by researching, analyzing, and resolving different types of vulnerabilities, as the company is ISO 27001 certified.
The team utilizes innovative collaboration tools such as Slack, Notion, and GitLab.
The candidate will deepen their web technology skills by tackling complex challenges involving PHP 8, ELK, Redis, AWS (WAF, ApiGateway, Lambda, S3, etc.), MySQL, Gearman, and Nginx.
There is an opportunity to learn or improve foreign languages by working on international projects.
Responsibilities include researching and identifying platform and data security issues, proposing new solutions, designing and developing new features, addressing vulnerabilities from Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT), and contributing to the implementation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
Requirements:
A degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is required.
The candidate must have at least 1–2 years of experience developing web applications.
A strong foundation in Software Engineering, including design patterns, refactoring patterns, unit testing, and clean code, is necessary.
Excellent knowledge of common web vulnerabilities such as XSS, CSRF, SQL Injection, RCE, Session Fixation, and SSRF is required.
A good understanding of distributed web application architecture, including HTTP protocol, REST APIs, and caching techniques, is essential; sharing a portfolio of previous projects is encouraged.
Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
Nice-to-have requirements include being an Italian speaker, experience in cybersecurity, experience developing REST APIs in any language, experience with AWS, experience with PHP, experience with the ELK stack, and experience with Git and version control systems.
The candidate should demonstrate responsibility, focus, personal organization skills, the ability to collaborate with others, a strong desire to learn, genuine curiosity, and initiative.
