Resource Innovations is seeking a Security Engineer to join their growing team in Colorado.
The role requires a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in security operations and network administration.
The Security Engineer will support security monitoring, incident response, and compliance efforts.
Responsibilities include contributing to network infrastructure, server management, and cloud operations.
The position will enhance the overall security posture, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure the resilience of the enterprise environment.
Duties include supporting security policies and procedures, monitoring security alerts, conducting security assessments, and assisting in the design and management of security solutions.
The engineer will collaborate with IT and compliance teams, maintain network documentation, participate in incident response activities, and provide technical support as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Security Engineer with a focus on Microsoft Compliance and knowledge of Microsoft security offerings.
Familiarity with industry compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and NIST is required.
Proficiency in configuring and securing Microsoft Office 365, Azure, and Active Directory is necessary.
Experience with security assessment tools and vulnerability scanning is essential.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail are required.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills are necessary for this role.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously is important.
A commitment to staying current with evolving security threats and technologies is expected.

Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on skills, experience, and qualifications, with a compensation range of $100,000 - $110,000.
Employees are eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in addition to base pay.
