Remote Security Field Engineer

Description:

• The Security Field Engineer will help manage customer engagements pre and post implementation for technical based requests.
• The role will be responsible for ensuring customer success throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• The engineer will work closely with product, sales, and marketing to generate customer traction.
• The position involves implementing customer success criteria during and after pilot phases.
• Responsibilities include managing ongoing or in-progress customer engagements.
• The engineer will work closely with the platform product team on customer requests, bugs, or enhancements.
• The role includes developing and integrating specific customer detection use cases or integrations with the customer.
• Normalization of datasets and login in customer environments is part of the job.
• The engineer will assist with customer presentations, demos, and other related tasks.
• The role also involves assisting with the automation of tasks related to customer onboarding.
• The engineer will contribute to new feature development and product strategy based on customer usage and feedback.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience working in a Security Operations Center and/or working for a SIEM Solution is necessary.
• The candidate must have 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Sales Engineering and/or Customer Success experience is preferred.
• Data Engineering experience is also preferred.
