The Security Field Engineer will serve as a key technical partner for customers, guiding them through the entire engagement lifecycle—from pre-implementation to post-deployment support.
This role involves collaboration with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs and drive measurable success.
The position offers the opportunity to work directly on advanced security operations, integrate cutting-edge detection use cases, and contribute to strategic product development.
The engineer will be instrumental in building strong client relationships, solving complex challenges, and ensuring optimal adoption of the platform.
Responsibilities include managing ongoing customer engagements, collaborating with the platform product team, developing tailored detection use cases, normalizing datasets, supporting customer presentations, automating onboarding processes, and providing feedback for new feature development.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience in a Security Operations Center or working with a SIEM solution.
A minimum of 3–5 years in a customer-facing technical role is necessary.
Preferred qualifications include experience in Sales Engineering and/or Customer Success, a strong background in Data Engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
