The Analytics team supports all teams to extract key insights from collected data, build insightful dashboards, and create integrations between systems.
The Senior AI & Automation Engineer will democratize AI and automation across UpGuard.
Responsibilities include developing production-grade integration and automation solutions, leading the development and deployment of domain-specific LLMs, establishing best practices for AI and automation, embedding security and governance into workflows, and enabling widespread adoption through workshops and support.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience delivering production systems that handle real data and users.
Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration tools such as n8n, Airflow, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.
Demonstrated experience leading AI/ML projects from conception to production.
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and gather business requirements.
Expertise in vector/RAG, including experience with embeddings, vector databases, or retrieval patterns.
Experience deploying and managing systems on cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
A training mindset, with experience creating documentation, tutorials, or enabling others to use technical tools.
