  • Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification is expected.
  • You will provide feedback to the marketing team on the quality and effectiveness of campaigns to improve future marketing efforts.
  • Continuous learning about UiPath’s products, industry trends, and best practices in sales and marketing is required.

Requirements:

  • You should have 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a technology or software company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Cantonese is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • An understanding of the sales process and the ability to qualify leads effectively is important.
  • You should be comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales and marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in English is required, and additional language skills relevant to the APJ region are a plus.
  • You must be highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is necessary.
