Oura is seeking a Senior AI Data Specialist in Women's Health to join their science team for a short-term contract of 6-9 months.
The role involves curating high-quality training data and contributing to evaluation frameworks for AI models focused on women's health.
Responsibilities include identifying ideal contexts from authoritative sources, building evaluation datasets, curating and quality controlling training data, validating dataset tags, providing expert feedback on AI-generated health responses, identifying thematic areas to improve model understanding, and collaborating with science, product, and engineering teams.
Requirements:
A PhD or MD in women's health or the reproductive health domain is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.
The candidate must have the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
A passion for the application of AI to health is necessary.
Nice-to-have qualifications include medical, clinical, or direct patient care experience and experience with data curation or machine learning evaluation.
