Remote Senior AI Engineer

Description:

• The position is for a Senior AI Engineer located in LATAM, working remotely.
• The working hours are full-time, 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, with required overlap from 9 AM to 3 PM PST.
• The compensation ranges from $5,000 to $7,000 per month, depending on experience.
• The company provides a platform designed for software teams, helping engineers, product managers, and technical writers create, maintain, and optimize high-quality product, user, and API guides.
• As a Senior AI Engineer, you will implement AI agents, fine-tune large language models (LLMs), and integrate machine learning (ML) capabilities.
• You will lead the development and deployment of AI agents to enhance platform features and efficiency.
• Your responsibilities include fine-tuning and optimizing LLMs, designing and implementing ML algorithms, collaborating with founders, and establishing best practices for the AI/ML roadmap.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in AI and ML development, with proven expertise in deploying production-grade solutions is necessary.
• At least 2 years of experience in building applications using LLMs is required.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and TypeScript is essential.
• A strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and its applications is needed.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining RESTful APIs is required.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills are necessary.
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering impactful solutions is expected.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a commitment to continuous learning about emerging technologies and best practices, are essential.
• Experience utilizing AI tooling to enhance daily engineering efficiency is required.
