Requirements:
Candidates must have 12+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in AI/ML development.
Strong expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and ML tooling such as MLflow and LangChain is required.
Proficiency with SQL, cloud services (AWS), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and distributed systems is essential.
A solid understanding of modern AI research, including LLMs, diffusion models, and transformers, is necessary.
Experience in deploying ML models in production with CI/CD practices is required.
Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to balance speed and rigor in experimentation.
A passion for sustainability and the clean-energy mission is crucial.
Experience in building agentic pipelines with the latest models from Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, and others is preferred.
