The role is for a Senior AI Engineer to join a global leader in government technology.
The engineer will contribute to the development of advanced SaaS solutions that streamline and digitize public sector workflows.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing AI capabilities into SaaS applications, building and scaling LLMs and SLMs, collaborating on microservices, and ensuring performance and security of AI-powered services.
The position requires fluency in English, proactivity, good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in full-stack engineering, including large-scale product development.
Strong expertise in backend technologies such as Python, Java, or C# is required.
Proven hands-on experience embedding AI into SaaS applications is necessary.
Deep knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate), hybrid search, and RAG pipelines is essential.
Proficiency in designing prompt templates and semantic agents is required.
Familiarity with Langchain frameworks and MLOps best practices is expected.
Experience with tools like DataDog and LangSmith is a plus.
A passion for staying up to date with AI trends and applying them creatively in real-world applications is important.
Experience in the GovTech sector or on projects with high security, compliance, or regulatory requirements is beneficial.
Familiarity with court or legal workflow automation platforms is a plus.
Contributions to open-source AI projects or publications in the field of applied AI are advantageous.
Experience with document processing pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) for scalable AI deployments is preferred.
A strong product mindset and ability to collaborate closely with Product and Design teams is desired.
