As a Senior AI Engineer, you will join the Platform Team to develop AI solutions that enhance software development processes.
Your role will involve building AI-powered tools for the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to improve developer productivity and accelerate delivery cycles.
You will create internal assistants to reduce cognitive load for developers and automate repetitive tasks.
The position includes researching and prototyping AI solutions to optimize CI/CD workflows and enhance deployment reliability.
You will collaborate with various teams to identify pain points and implement impactful AI interventions, sharing findings through workshops and internal demos.
Requirements:
A solid understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, releasing, and monitoring.
Experience with CI/CD systems and infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Kubernetes, and Ansible.
Proficiency in Python and scripting languages like Bash and Go, with the ability to work across AI, infrastructure, and tooling codebases.
Experience in cloud environments (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Practical experience with large language models (LLMs) and code-generation tools like Codex, StarCoder, and the GPT family.
Ability to prototype, benchmark, and deploy AI solutions that enhance developer workflows.
Familiarity with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines is a plus.
A research-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex AI solutions to cross-functional teams.
Bonus points for published work or contributions in AI applied to software engineering, experience with internal developer platforms, and applying AI to improve software quality.
