Remote Senior AI Engineer

Description:

• Equip is a leading virtual, evidence-based eating disorder treatment program focused on ensuring access to effective treatment for everyone with an eating disorder.
• The Senior AI Engineer will lead the strategic implementation of AI technologies across business operations to drive automation and enhance employee productivity.
• This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver high-impact, secure, and scalable AI solutions that streamline manual workflows.
• Responsibilities include rapid prototyping and deployment of internal AI tools, monitoring and evaluating AI system performance, and defining AI governance frameworks.
• The Senior AI Engineer will also develop change management strategies to support the adoption of AI solutions across teams and build internal expertise through documentation and knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering or digital transformation, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML or automation implementation is necessary.
• Proficiency in Python, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and modern AI/ML frameworks is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in full-stack development and deploying secure, scalable AI systems is required.
• Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills are necessary.
• Experience with data pipeline development and integration into enterprise systems is required.
• An understanding of business process optimization and organizational change management is essential.
