The Senior AI Engineer will lead the strategic implementation of AI technologies across business operations to drive automation and enhance employee productivity.
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver high-impact, secure, and scalable AI solutions that streamline manual workflows.
Responsibilities include rapid prototyping and deployment of internal AI tools, monitoring and evaluating AI system performance, and defining AI governance frameworks.
The Senior AI Engineer will also develop change management strategies to support the adoption of AI solutions across teams and build internal expertise through documentation and knowledge transfer.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering or digital transformation, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML or automation implementation is necessary.
Proficiency in Python, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and modern AI/ML frameworks is essential.
Demonstrated experience in full-stack development and deploying secure, scalable AI systems is required.
Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills are necessary.
Experience with data pipeline development and integration into enterprise systems is required.
An understanding of business process optimization and organizational change management is essential.
