They are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in developing products powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
The role involves leading the design and development of advanced AI systems, from building prototypes to scaling production systems.
Responsibilities include architecting and implementing scalable AI systems, leading end-to-end development efforts, prototyping and deploying GenAI applications, contributing to decision-making around model selection and safety mechanisms, monitoring AI/ML performance, and staying updated on GenAI developments.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in ML or AI engineering roles, ideally with a focus on NLP or GenAI.
A deep understanding of modern LLMs, including transformer architectures, finetuning, and evaluation is required.
Hands-on experience with GenAI techniques such as tool/function calling, multi-agent workflows, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is essential.
Proficiency with GenAI frameworks and tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, and Haystack is necessary.
Experience integrating LLMs into real-world applications, including building internal tooling or customer-facing AI features, is required.
A solid foundation in full-stack development or backend systems, particularly with Python, TypeScript, and FastAPI, is needed.
Candidates should have experience designing and deploying scalable APIs and cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Proficiency with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or vector databases like Pinecone or Weaviate is required.
Comfort working in agile product teams and balancing experimentation with reliable code is essential.
Strong Git/GitHub collaboration skills and familiarity with CI/CD workflows and containerization (Docker) are necessary.
