The Senior AI Engineer will work on the Directed Work platform, which coordinates operational tasks and routes work between people and AI systems.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing retrieval pipelines, building orchestration logic, developing evaluation pipelines, and contributing to the Directed Work platform.
The position requires collaboration with a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists.
Requirements:
Candidates should have experience building AI systems, particularly with large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
A strong background in data architecture and integrating third-party APIs is essential.
Proven ability to design and implement graph-based and relational data models, with proficiency in GraphQL or other query systems is required.
Experience leading or contributing to AI projects focused on real-world applications is necessary.
Familiarity with responsible AI practices, including bias analysis and ethical AI deployment, is important.
Candidates must be comfortable writing production software across the stack to support AI systems and the Directed Work platform.
The ability to collaborate closely with data scientists and product teams is essential.
