  • Strong expertise in Python and familiarity with generative AI frameworks such as LangGraph and LlamaIndex is necessary.
  • Hands-on experience with common generative AI design patterns, including RAG, agents, model fine-tuning, and evaluation pipelines is essential.
  • A solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, data science concepts, and enterprise AI lifecycle management is required.
  • Experience with relational and vector databases (MySQL, Databricks is a plus) and MLOps practices is needed.
  • Candidates should be able to work independently while effectively collaborating with leadership, engineering, product, and design teams.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills, along with a proactive and impact-driven mindset, are essential.
