Remote Senior AI/ML Engineer - (Remote from India only)

Description:

• Luxury Presence is a leading digital platform revolutionizing the real estate industry for agents, teams, and brokerages.
• The company is seeking a Senior ML-focused Data Platform Engineer to strengthen its MLS data platform team.
• The role involves building robust data pipelines and delivering advanced ML solutions such as embeddings, fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and reinforcement learning from user feedback.
• The work will power property discovery, personalized recommendations, conversational agents, and the evaluation infrastructure that keeps them improving.
• The Data Squad ensures clean, reliable MLS listing records and user click-stream data is always available to products and customers.
• The team owns the entire listing pipeline, including ingestion, transformation, and normalization across 400+ MLS feeds and other sources.
• Strategic projects for the first year include architecting foundational home-ranking and recommendation platforms and launching autonomous MLS AI agents.
• Responsibilities include architecting and operating scalable batch and streaming data systems, owning data quality, designing data models, fine-tuning ML models, integrating LLMs, evolving the evaluation stack, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• A BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience building large-scale data pipelines on AWS or GCP with Spark/EMR, Kafka, and SQL is necessary.
• Proficiency in a backend programming language such as Python or Java, along with production experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch, is required.
• Experience delivering ML-powered features in recommendations, search/ranking, or conversational AI is essential.
• Hands-on experience with embeddings, RAG, and reinforcement learning from feedback is required.
• Familiarity with vector databases, LLM deployment, Kubernetes/EKS, and modern CI/CD practices is necessary.
• Excellent communication skills to drive results across product, engineering, and business teams are required.

Benefits:
