Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of backend or full-stack software engineering experience, with proficiency in Go, Python, TypeScript, and modern frameworks like React.
• Experience in creating AI-backed tools using LLMs and knowledge of cutting-edge Agent design patterns and techniques is required.
• A proven track record in rapid prototyping, iterative product development, and delivering robust solutions is essential.
• Excellent debugging skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are necessary.
• A high degree of ownership and accountability, especially with sensitive systems, is expected.
• Strong collaborative mindset and clear communication skills are required for working across diverse teams.
