Remote Senior AI/Python Engineer

Description:

• We are seeking two experienced and passionate Senior AI/Python Engineers to join our growing team.
• You will be instrumental in building and scaling our AI-powered applications and services.
• This is a hands-on-keyboard role for individuals who are not just coders, but are genuinely excited about living and breathing AI every day.
• You will work on a variety of internal-facing projects, from enhancing our chatbot's capabilities to developing systems that process and structure data from documents into our core platforms like Salesforce.
• You will develop and maintain Python-based agents and tools within our evolving AI ecosystem.
• You will work with a modern, serverless technology stack, primarily on AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, PostgreSQL).
• You will integrate our AI systems with various internal tools and platforms, including Microsoft Teams and Salesforce, by interacting with their APIs.
• You will collaborate within an agile framework, participating in daily stand-ups and using tools like Atlassian (Jira), GitHub, and Notion.
• You will contribute to the entire development lifecycle, from conception and design to deployment and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Must have senior-level experience in building AI-driven applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python is required.
• Deep familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their practical application is essential (e.g., understanding tokens, temperature, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3, within a serverless architecture is necessary.
• Experience with API integrations, particularly with enterprise systems like Salesforce and Microsoft Teams, is required.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions is a must.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
• A genuine passion for AI and excitement to work on cutting-edge solutions is required.
