• The role of Senior AI Software Developer involves building out the AI initiatives program from the ground up.
• The candidate will lead the design and execution of AI-powered proofs of concept (POCs) and prototypes to validate strategic use cases, focusing on measurable outcomes and technical scalability.
• The developer will partner with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to define AI strategies and identify high-impact areas for innovation.
• Responsibilities include building frameworks or backend solutions to support AI workloads, utilizing various large language models (LLMs) and machine learning techniques, and monitoring model performance.
• The role also involves identifying and implementing procedures for engineering excellence using AI-assisted technologies and continuously evaluating emerging AI/ML techniques.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in software development, specifically with .NET or JAVA-based technologies.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience building applications using LLMs or GenAI frameworks is required.
• A proven track record in building and scaling high-transaction SaaS platforms is essential, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
• Experience in leading, building, and deploying machine learning models or integrating LLMs into real-world applications is necessary.
• Candidates should demonstrate the ability to leverage proprietary data for fine-tuning and monitoring model outputs.
• Experience in evaluating model performance using quantitative and qualitative benchmarks is required.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted solutions in the healthcare industry and awareness of ethical AI practices is a strong plus.
• A solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend development in high transaction volume applications is needed.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is required.
• Experience with microservices architecture, event-driven design, and serverless computing is necessary.
• Expertise in database design with both Relational and NoSQL databases is required.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines is essential.
