Requirements:
A Master’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field is required.

Strong knowledge of asset classes, financial theories, and index construction methodologies is necessary.
Advanced programming skills, particularly in Python, for data analysis and index design are essential.
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills are required to address non-routine challenges.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects simultaneously is important.
Strong communication skills are needed to convey complex findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.
A commitment to continuous learning and professional development is expected, with CFA candidacy preferred.
