• Mentoring junior engineers and supporting team-wide best practices while improving agile workflows is expected.
• You will ensure data-driven decision-making through monitoring and analysis of user behavior and app metrics.
• A strong focus on security and usability throughout all development stages is crucial.
• Proven experience in Android app development using Java/Kotlin and Jetpack Compose is required.
• A strong understanding of data structures, asynchronous programming, and Android core APIs is necessary.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals and a commitment to clean, maintainable code are essential.
• Experience in agile, fast-moving product environments is required.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work collaboratively across departments are necessary.
• Familiarity with cryptography and secure coding best practices is a bonus.

Requirements:
