• As a Senior Data Scientist, you will design, implement, and maintain Automated Valuation Models (AVMs) for assessing residential property values.
• You will develop product features that drive revenue growth and navigate cost-value trade-offs to deliver customer value.
• Your role includes implementing solutions for over 10 countries while considering local specifics, leading projects from concept to launch, and improving the performance of ML models and pipelines.
• You will maintain and monitor ML systems, communicate effectively with cross-functional partners, and write clear, maintainable code.
• A growth mindset and continuous learning are essential, along with over 3 years of industry experience in machine learning and production ML pipelines.
• AI fluency is required, with daily use of AI tools in your development workflow.

Requirements:

• You must have over 3 years of industry experience applying machine learning to solve business problems and writing production ML pipelines.
• A product-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to user-facing products are essential.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, are required for effective communication with cross-functional partners and mentoring fellow engineers.
• You should value writing clear, simple, and maintainable code, understanding that code is read more often than it is written.
• A growth mindset is necessary, with a commitment to continuous learning and seeking new challenges.
• AI fluency is required, with daily use of AI tools in your development workflow.
