  • Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable back-end services using .NET Core.
  • The developer will build and implement key third-party integrations such as Gusto, Intercom, Zenefits, and Zapier.
  • Collaboration with product managers, designers, and the front-end team is essential to define, develop, and deliver new features.
  • The role requires contributing to architecture and code design discussions and reviews to ensure software quality and performance.
  • Ensuring high code quality and adherence to coding standards while meeting project timelines is a key accountability.
  • Active participation in agile planning and contributing ideas to improve development practices is expected.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of commercial experience in software development is required.
  • A strong background of at least 3 years in .NET and C#, ideally with .NET Core, is necessary.
  • Proficiency in SQL, with at least 2 years of experience working with PostgreSQL and EF Core 5, is required.
  • Familiarity with RabbitMQ and AWS Cloud infrastructure is considered a plus.
  • Experience using OpenAPI standards for API design is necessary.
  • Previous experience in remote teams and agile (Kanban) methodologies is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role.
  • Candidates must be located within UTC to UTC+8 time zones.
