Remote Senior Backend Developer (Platform)

• The role requires participation in an on-call rotation after full integration into the team.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required, with AWS certifications being a plus.
• Candidates should have hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools like Claude Code or other AI coding assistants.
• Experience in developing Distributed Systems and Event-driven Architecture is necessary.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Python, and SQL is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical issues are essential.
• Excellent communication skills are needed to articulate complex technical issues clearly.
• Candidates must excel in a distributed team environment and be self-directed in their work.
