Remote Senior Backend Developer

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 4+ years of backend development experience, particularly in product-focused tech startups.
• Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL is required.
• A strong understanding and hands-on experience with caching, workers, and queues (such as Celery and Redis) is essential.
• Experience with AWS services (ECS/Fargate, EC2, RDS, SQS) and Docker is necessary; familiarity with Kafka is a plus.
• Solid system design and architecture capabilities are required.
• Candidates should be able to thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
• Experience in deploying scalable, secure backend services in cloud-native ecosystems is a must.
• Strong product thinking is required, with the ability to translate specifications into clean, maintainable systems from scratch.
