• The Senior Backend Engineer will help build the backbone of the platform in a fast-growing startup environment.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a professional backend engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and Postgres is required.
• Proven experience in building and scaling eCommerce or online marketplace platforms is essential.
• A passion for using the latest AI coding tools and AI-driven best practices to enhance development workflows is necessary.
• A deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization/infrastructure-as-code tools (Docker, Terraform) is required.
• Candidates should be able to move fast and iterate quickly in a startup environment while maintaining high code quality.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical trade-offs effectively are essential.
